Homemade Apple Cinnamon Teething Biscuits

The other day in my birth group we were on the subject of how expensive baby snacks can be. A package of Baby Mum-Mums is about $4. It's ridiculous not including the price of Gerber puffs and what not. One of the ladies had a simple and delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
1 Slice of whole wheat bread with no seeds
Apple Sauce
Cinnamon



1. Use a rolling pin to flatten out the wheat bread.


2. Cut off the crust.


3. Smear some apple sauce on the bread.


4. Add cinnamon


5. Roll tightly


6. Microwave for 45-50 seconds

7. Let cool and serve. 

The Cinnamon Apple Roll will be hard but will soften up after your little one starts noming away. Baby J LOVED it.
